I am a professional translator, I translate from English <> Somali, with over nineteen years of experience with translating,
proofreading, and editing. I also provide voice-over services.

I am a certified Somali language proficiency tester by
American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) & Languages Testing International (since 2009 - Present),
a national organization dedicated to the improvement and expansion of the teaching and learning
of all languages at all levels of instruction throughout the U.S. I have been conducting
Oral Proficiency Interview tests or OPI tests in Somali languages since 2009.
This is a test that determines how well a person speaks the Somali language by
comparing his or her performance of specific communication tasks.

since 2000 (WATB 1420 AM).
The show is about news and information broadcasting in Somali.
